Biography
Originally from Xàtiva, trained at the Escola d'Hostaleria de Castelló, he worked in restaurants such as Ricard Camarena in Valencia, and now runs the kitchen at Citrus, the restaurant at Tancat de Codorniu, where he is developing a gastronomic project centred on local products from the Delta de l'Ebre.
