    Biography

    He was born and studied in Madrid at the Escuela de hostelería. He did his internship at Kabuki Wellington and stayed with the group for 7 years, finishing his time in Andalusia, where he continued working with Juanlu Fernández, having previously worked with Paco Torreblanca.
