Trained in inspiring kitchens such as those of Aürt and Direkte or Xavier Pellicer, they form a tandem that is as solid as it is encouraging. Sharing and alternating kitchen and dining room, they have opted for a business format in which the bar forms the backbone of the space, where wines and dishes make up the offer in harmony.
