    Biography

    He directed the kitchen of Carles Gaig's restaurant in Singapore and came to Calonge, with Celine Whu, to convert La Jovita into a restaurant that is committed to renewed classicism.     During the event, six candidates pre-selected through online voting and the criteria of a specialised jury, cook live a dish that identifies them and summarises their cuisine.
