Trained at the Basque Culinary Center, she has worked in restaurants such as Gallery by Chele Gonzalez (Manila, Philippines), Amass (Copenhagen, Denmark), Noma (Copenhagen, Denmark) and Alchemist. She is currently starting a new project in Ávila, alongside Diego Prado, FANGO, a bar without a bar.
