Biography
Winner of the World Chocolate Masters (WCM) in 2022, he trained at the prestigious Espai Sucre and Hoffmann schools. Pa Vic pastry chef, in 2023 he created his project, Eukarya, a chocolate shop in Vic (Barcelona) with a shop with more than 45 cocoa products and a 700 m2 workshop.
