Biography
In 2000, together with her mother, she founded the Raíces Foundation to prevent vulnerable children from becoming homeless. In 2021 she created Escuela Cocina Conciencia with the aim of training young people as kitchen and dining room assistants, improving their employability and preparation for subsequent employment.
