Biography
After starting his career at Coque, he travelled to Mugaritz to give meaning to his creative vision. In Madrid, he worked at DiverXO, combining efficiency and results. In recent years, he has led the kitchens of Pedegrú and Lafayette, where he exalts his leadership skills and his love for goldsmithing.
