    Born in Xinzo de Limia (Ourense), after dedicating his entire life to the hospitality industry, working with renowned establishments such as Casa Solla, Yayo Daporta, Euskalduna studio, etc., he decided to launch his own project in his homeland in August 2020, called CEIBE.
