    Chefs such as René Mathieu, Xavier Pellicer and Tobias Leenaert were present at the prestigious gala of awards for the world’s best restaurants in plant-based cuisine.

    The prestigious annual awards ceremony, organized by We’re Smart Green World, was held for the first time at Gastronomic Forum Barcelona.

    III Science & Cooking World Congress 2022

    It is an international congress organized by the University of Barcelona, with the aim of exploring the enormous potential of Scientific Gastronomy and how it can contribute to provide solutions to major social challenges.
