Biography
Young baker with a long family tradition, recognised with the Best Young Innovative Artisan 2023 award. Trained at the Baking School Barcelona Sabadell and former student of the Master of Excellence in Artisan Bakery. In 2023 he came 3rd in the Best of Mondial du Pain Tokyo 2023.
